+ Build business cases for partnership models and collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess value and integration requirements.

    M&A Evaluation & Execution

+ Support the full M&A lifecycle—including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and integration planning.

+ Develop clear frameworks for assessing strategic fit, financial impact, and long-term value creation for potential acquisition targets.

    Financial & Strategic Analysis

+ Lead the creation of financial models, board-ready presentations, and executive-level analyses that support strategic decisions.

+ Conduct scenario planning, valuation assessments, and strategic recommendation workstreams.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Partner closely with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, technical alignment, and integration readiness.

+ Work directly with the executive team to align strategic opportunities with broader company objectives.

    Project Management & Execution

+ Manage multiple high-impact workstreams at once, ensuring thorough analysis, clear communication, and timely execution.

+ Develop repeatable processes for evaluating opportunities and measuring value creation.

What You Bring to the Table

    Experience

+ 4+ years in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, or equivalent strategy/finance roles.

+ Experience in SaaS, industrial technology, AI/ML, IoT, or manufacturing-focused sectors is highly preferred.

    Education

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.

+ MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required.

    Analytical & Strategic Skills

+ Strong financial modeling skills, including valuation, scenario analysis, and ROI assessment.

+ Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.

    Business Acumen

+ Understanding of SaaS metrics, technology business models, and market dynamics.

+ Experience evaluating partnerships, M&A opportunities, or strategic initiatives.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft board-level presentations.

+ Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Problem-Solving & Creativity

+ Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity while identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and proposing creative strategic solutions.

    Operational Excellence

+ Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and driving them to completion.

    What Makes You Stand Out

+ Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or enterprise AI ecosystems.

+ Exposure to commercial diligence, technical diligence, or integration planning.

+ Background supporting executive strategy initiatives in a high-growth startup.

+ Familiarity with SaaS metrics, GTM strategy, or product-market fit evaluation.
