Johnson Service Company is seeking a Foreman to join our growing construction team. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to travel.
Job Details
+ Salary: $85,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
+ Hours: 50+ hours per week (no weekends)
+ Travel: Most projects require being out of town Monday–Friday (home on weekends)
+ Hotel accommodations provided by the company
+ Nightly per diem for meals while working out of town
+ Company-provided pickup truck and cell phone
+ Year-round employment—no winter layoffs
Requirements
+ Class A or B CDL required (or the ability and desire to obtain one).
+ Previous supervisory or management experience required.
+ Ability to lead and manage a two-person crew effectively.
+ Capable of managing projects, including communication with city employees and engineers while maintaining professionalism.
+ Experience in pipeline cleaning and televising is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations encountered during cleaning and televising operations.
+ Ability to operate a pipeline observation computer system for televising (training provided).
+ Must be mechanically inclined.
+ Experience with the operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of combo trucks used for jetting and vacuuming pipelines.
+ Responsible for tracking and entering daily manhours and production quantities.
+ Responsible for documenting performance feedback or issues clearly and professionally.
+ Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently and assist with heavier loads as needed.
+ Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
+ Must abide by all company safety rules (safety training provided).
+ Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
