Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our compassionate team. What You’ll Do: As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll play a crucial role by providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients, as well as being a reliable team leader when needed. Your responsibilities include: * Providing personal care and companionship to clients * Being available to fill shifts Monday–Friday and Saturday, between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM * Assisting with client introductions (considered paid time) * Upholding and modeling high standards of care and professionalism * Training and mentoring new caregivers to maintain our quality care standards What You Can Expect: * Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours of pay per week—regardless of actual hours worked—as long as you're available for qualifying shifts * Overtime (OT) and mileage reimbursement opportunities * Career Advancement Opportunities: Grow your leadership skills as you mentor other caregivers, support orientation and training, and manage care for new clients Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is: * CNA or NA certified (REQUIRED) * Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving * Dependable, flexible, and committed to providing quality care * Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and no-fault car insurance * Available Monday–Friday (8 AM - 8 PM) and Saturday (8 AM - 8 PM) * Ability to accept all assigned shifts with minimal call-offs Benefits We Offer: * Supportive company culture with a team-first mentality * Weekly pay * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Paid orientation, training, and continuing education * 401(k) (3% contribution, no match required) * Premium pay on observed holidays * Referral bonuses * Employee recognition * Scholarship opportunities for career growth * Advancement opportunities within the company Ready to Lead with Heart?
