Corporate Travel Agent

Compensation: $18/hr.

Schedule:

+ Regular Shift: Friday–Monday | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

+ Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

System One is partnering with a well-established company to hire an experienced Corporate Travel Agent. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong reservation experience, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with Sabre GDS. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of AIMS and HOTAC systems. This position is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities

+ Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel accommodations using Sabre GDS

+ Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and resolving travel issues

+ Ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and budget guidelines

+ Coordinate with travel vendors to secure competitive pricing and contracts

+ Maintain accurate records of reservations, expenses, and client communications

+ Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, schedule updates, and emergency travel needs

+ Stay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination updates

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in an administrative role

+ Proficiency with Excel

+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

+ Experience or familiarity with AIMS and HOTAC modules

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience using Sabre GDS for booking flights, hotels, and rental cars (preferred, not required)

Additional Requirements

+ Must pass a comprehensive background check, including:

+ 10-year employment and history verification

+ FAA-mandated fingerprint criminal history records check
