Job Title: Associate, Foundry Learning and Development Technology
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Type: Contract
Overview
The Associate, Foundry Learning and Development Technology role supports learning operations through workflow automation, data visualization, and learning technology enablement. This position focuses on improving efficiency, reporting, and knowledge management across Foundry L&D by leveraging automation tools, dashboards, and project management practices.
Responsibilities
+ Assess learning and development processes to identify opportunities for workflow automation and optimization.
+ Design, develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow.
+ Own and support existing workflow solutions, SharePoint lists, and related integrations.
+ Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure reliable integration across platforms.
+ Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize learning metrics and KPIs.
+ Partner with stakeholders to define learning effectiveness metrics and report business impact.
+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting and analytics solutions.
+ Provide technical guidance on data strategy, collection methods, and analytics best practices.
+ Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual reporting effort.
+ Support the development and maintenance of Foundry L&D SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories.
+ Plan, track, and manage L&D projects using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
+ Facilitate project status updates and implement project management best practices.
+ Collaborate with L&D leaders, global partners, IT teams, and automation specialists to deliver technology-enabled learning solutions.
+ Provide technical coaching and upskilling support related to learning technologies and automation tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology management, information systems, computer science, learning technology, instructional design, performance technology, or a related field.
+ Demonstrated expertise with automation and dashboard tools, including Power Automate, Flow, and Power BI.
+ Advanced proficiency with DAX for Power BI dashboard development.
+ Experience using Smartsheet or other project management software.
+ Experience scoping, leading, and managing technology-enabled projects.
+ Experience with learning management systems, content management systems, and learning content delivery tools.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning, or a related discipline.
+ Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification.
+ Experience managing technology projects for global audiences.
+ Experience working with AI technologies, machine learning, or large language models.
+ Experience working in regulated environments.
+ Instructional design experience, including development of learning solutions.
+ Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Bing Enterprise Chat.
+ Programming experience with JavaScript, JSON, MySQL, or similar technologies.
