What you will Do:

Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support for a new Digital SaaS product throughout the sales process

Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing how the product meets customer requirements

Collaborate with customers to understand their existing data structures, perform detailed data mapping, and ensure seamless integration with our product to support successful implementation

Serve as the technical liaison between the sales team, product development, and customers, ensuring accurate communication of product capabilities and limitations

Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and technical questions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively communicate these to customers

Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing insights into technical feasibility and customer needs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or no degree and 12 years significant combined education and equivalent work experience

8 years' experience

2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, data integration specialist or similar role in the SaaS industry

Up to 30% travel

3 years expertise in different Azure or other cloud services, particularly focused on data mapping, systems integrations, and understanding of APIs

3 years in designing, building, and managing data pipelines

Solid programming skills in Python and SQL

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

Previous experience with early-stage product development

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Interest in collaborating with partners outside of core team / organization

Ability to solve complex problems and create practical solutions for customers

Ability to wear multiple hats and plug into different roles as product develops

Desire to be in a fast-moving, agile environment with willingness to adjust quickly

Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech start-ups

Willingness to learn new skills and technical languages as needed

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
