Job Title: Janitor / Cardboard Baler

**FLSA Status:** Non-exempt

**Summary** Keeps facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Break down boxes and pallets

+ Use cardboard baler

+ Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, restrooms, lunch areas and other areas.

+ Empties trash and garbage containers.

+ Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

+ Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies

+ Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally

+ Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations

+ Attention to detail

+ Ability to demonstrate professionalism

+ Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
