Advance in your career while making a real difference in the community you serve.
Hiring Range: $66,703-$74,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. This is grant-funded for one-year, full-time with benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, one-year grant-funded position with benefits, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Systems for Action (https://systemsforaction.org/innovation-hub) program. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Duke University’s Bellwether Collaborative for Health Justice (https://www.bellwethercollaborative.com/) , led by Dr. Lauren Brinkley-Rubinstein.
We are seeking a technically skilled, mission-driven Data Analyst who excels at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and social impact— and who wants to use their skills to advance equity and help build stronger, community-centered systems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Systems for Action Data Analyst, you will help the Durham Community Safety design meaningful data visualizations, support data integration across partners, and use both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategies that aim to reduce systemic harm, advance racial equity, and improve whole-person care across housing, behavioral health, reentry, and public safety systems. Your work will empower program managers, community stakeholders, and agency partners to make more data-informed, equity-centered decisions.
