    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Clear communicator who is comfortable teaching others and working directly with company leaders.

    + Proficient with computers and able to learn new software to track employee training and file digital reports.

    + Solid background in construction trades or project management is essential to understanding our team's training needs.

    + Self-starter who can handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems with little supervision.

    + Must have a clean driving record, be willing to travel to different sites, and be able to pass a DOT physical.
