Description :

Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician. Responsible for, monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments, providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS.

Hardware/software environment:

Control M- Mainframe / Client Side, Changeman, Informatica

Third shift and weekend shift coverage required.

Must haves (5 yrs):

1.Ctrl-M Mainframe & Server Monitoring

2.JCL

3.Excellent Oral and written communications

3.MS Office Suite
