• Regional Job Developer

    This position works directly with American Job Center Customers for job development assistance and placement services. This individual must possess high energy and motivation to assist customers in meeting their employment goals. He/ She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask and prioritize projects. The Regional Job Developer works with program/partner staff, program participants and employers to develop opportunities for Subsidized Employment, Community Service s and On-the-Job Training s . Services include, but are not limited to, career assessment and guidance, workshops, resume assistance, coordination of supportive services, job search skills assistance, job development and placement, and employer recruitment.

    Required Skills

    + Bachelor’s Degree plus three years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required. Spanish speaking preferred.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation.
