As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial and commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas, including both indoor and outdoor locations, to help to deter inappropriate activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas of financial and commercial buildings to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.

+ Document and report any incidents, maintenance issues, or hazards observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

+ Collaborate with property management and/or building staff to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

+ Maintain a professional presence and provide directions or assistance to visitors, tenants, and employees as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

+ This is primarily a driving post.

+ Must have a valid Drivers License for more than 1 year.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
