Summary:

Design Program Managers at Meta are connectors and problem solvers. By supporting the various aspects of the product teams, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration, and remove roadblocks. Finally, you'll utilize a full range of organizational and demonstrated communication skills to help keep our teams on track, execute specific design initiatives intended to grow team connectivity, industry subject-matter knowledge, and team impact, and you'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.

Required Skills:

Design Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Drive product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts

2. Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate effectively

3. Define and manage initiatives that improve product team efficiency and impact

4. Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners, while resolving blocks that impede progress

5. Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams

6. Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving and information distribution

7. Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively

8. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, product design, user experience research and content design strategy to ensure a smooth product development process

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with product teams or programs (or other equivalent fields) from roadmapping through delivery

10. Track record of operating under your own initiative and with minimal oversight

11. Experience creating programs that drive impactful change

12. Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions with measurable results

14. Experience leading product or business strategy in a time-sensitive environment

Public Compensation:

$101,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
