About This Position
+ Gatekeeper for Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering & Operations.
+ Receive all Planning Services/Land Development Services (LDS), Temporary Use Permit requests, and Road/Lane Closures.
+ Enter data in performance measure spreadsheets, and assist with projects.
+ Provide internal & external customer service.
+ Respond appropriately to inquiries and provide adequate information.
+ Screen visitors, e-mails, and calls.
+ Administrative support for the Bicycle/Pedestrian/Trail Advisory Board Committee and the Traffic Advisory Council.
+ Schedule meeting dates, location reservations, room setup and breakdown, committee member pre-meeting packets, tracking attendance, appoint to and removal from the committee, drafting agenda, compiling minutes, and updating the website with approved data from the meeting.
+ P-Card purchaser for Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering, and Information Technology.
+ Order products, track shipments, receive/verify deliveries, process paperwork, monitor credit transactions, complete procurement documentation, and sign off on monthly activity.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
+ A High School Diploma or its equivalent.
+ Two (2) years of clerical, administrative, and computer experience.
+ -OR- A college degree and one year of clerical, administrative, and computer experience with some executive exposure.
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range: $22.94/ hour , potentially more based on experience
