The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building or modernizing reservation and booking systems—either through custom platform development or by integrating best-in-class third-party solutions.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer experience, define the product vision and roadmap, and drive seamless integration across the user interface, APIs, and downstream systems. You will partner closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs and operational requirements into scalable, high-quality product solutions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a product leader who combines strong technical fluency with a customer-first mindset and thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
+ Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the reservations and integrations platform, aligning product outcomes with business objectives and customer needs.
+ Partner closely with UX/UI, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to design intuitive, customer-centric reservation and order-management experiences across digital channels.
+ Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, working with Product Owners and Agile teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
+ Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and optimizations across both internal systems and customer-facing applications.
+ Own API integration strategy and execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with a growing partner ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with technology teams to ensure strong platform performance, availability, and scalability within Azure or AWS environments.
+ Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform prioritization and continuous product improvement.
+ Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for exceptional user experience and measurable business impact.
+ Partner with other Product Managers and external vendors to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and executable engineering plans.
+ Work with UX/UI and technical designers to ensure experiences are intuitive, consistent, and optimized across devices and platforms.
+ Lead agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, technical grooming, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and release coordination.
+ Collaborate with QA to define and execute comprehensive test strategies across devices, platforms, and environments.
+ Uphold high product and engineering standards, ensuring all releases meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
+ Continuously improve product development practices, engineering processes, and deployment strategies.
Minimum Education and/or Experience
+ 5–8 years of Product Management experience within the aviation, rental car, travel, or adjacent digital commerce industries.
+ Demonstrated success leading the build, modernization, or integration of reservation or booking platforms, including custom and third-party solutions.
+ Strong understanding of customer engagement design, end-to-end digital booking journeys, and API-driven platform architectures.
+ Proven experience developing product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and delivering value through Agile development methodologies.
+ Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
+ Experience partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and UX/UI Designers within Agile product teams.
Additional knowledge and skills:
+ Experience with leading travel, aviation, or hospitality brands.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and customer insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
+ Familiarity with third-party integrations, inventory management systems, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
+ Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.
