    Description

    **SAIC** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Business Analyst** to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career.

     

    This position is contingent upon award.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as an active member of the software development team participating in daily stand-ups.

    + Analyze metadata from source system and develop logic for data conversion and migration activities

    + Validate the data migration and conversion output

    + Conduct client interviews and coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain and document system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system controls.

    + Experience in business analysis activities including:

    + Software requirements management and analysis

    + Software requirements elicitation

    + Software solutions analysis

    + Software requirements planning

    + Use Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools to include Visual Studio, Azure Devops and GIT.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + B.S. in Computer Science and minimum of 9 years of software experience (4 additional years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

    + Ability to pass background check and maintain status for contract that requires US citizenship.

    + Experience with MS SQL Server database and SQL

    + Experience with Azure Devops and pipelines; Agile development using Azure Devops

    + Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills

    + Ability to work in team environments across a diverse set of projects with multiple stakeholders.

    + Proactive approach to problem solving and a delivery mindset.

    + Excellent written and oral communications skills and able to work in a team which consists developers with different skillsets

     

    Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
