Description
SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team
Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Travel estimate for this position is less than 10% of the time, but travel may be required to meet customer requirements
THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND CAN BE WORKED ANYWHERE IN WITHIN THE US.
Responsibilities:
+ Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material.
+ End user training material development (traditional and video formats).
+ ILT course analysis.
+ ILT course development.
+ Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement.
+ Web based training (traditional and video formats).
+ Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed.
+ Review and process timesheets.
+ Complete weekly report.
+ Disseminate monthly training schedule.
+ Deliver ILT.
+ Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions.
+ Develop internal SOPs.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelors and six years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree.
+ Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role.
+ Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust.
Desired Skills and Experience:
+ Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360.
+ Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT’s into a learning management system.
+ Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT).
+ Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model.
+ Ability to work under a tight deadline.
+ Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem solving skills.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
