    Our **Event Manager** manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.

    _Position Requirements:_

    + _18 years of age or older_

    + _High School Diploma or GED Required_

    + _Standard computer skills needed_

    + _Top notch customer service skills are essential_

    + _Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic_

    + _Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication_

    + _Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus_

    + _All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check_

    + _Ability to prioritize assignments, identify needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner_

    + _Required to stay current with all training and certifications_

    + _Must have 5 years or more of experience with event management, preferred_
