    *This is a part time (32 hours every 2 weeks), non-benefited position generally working Thursdays and Fridays from 0800-1630. Hours will vary as needed. Located at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley. *

    *What you'll do: *

    * Perform advancedcardiac testing.

    * Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.

    * Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice.

    * Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to post-surgical patients.

    * Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.

    * Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

    *Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:*

    * Current California RN License

    * BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association

    * Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program

    *Preferred Experience:*

    * At least 1 year of experience as RN

    * Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting

    * Cariology experience as an RN

    * ICU experience

    * Cath Lab experience
