    Looking for a rewarding role in education? We need a School Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a high school student.

     

    ? Behavioral experience required

    ? CNA preferred

     
     
     

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated School Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a high school student in the Byron Center area. The ideal candidate will have behavioral experience and preferred CNA certification to ensure the highest level of care and support.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide individualized assistance to a high school student in an educational setting

    + Support behavioral and academic goals

    + Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed

    + Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in behavioral support required

    + CNA certification preferred

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
