    We're looking for a skilled** **Instrumentation and Electrical Technician to support our team in** **La Porte, TX. This is a Temp-to-Hire** **opportunity** **with competitive pay and growth potential.

    Schedule

    1. **Week 1:** Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    2. **Week 2:** Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM + Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (80 hours across 9 working days every two weeks)

    On-Call:

    1. Every other week (including weekends) for urgent maintenance requests

    2. Paid at **overtime rate** with a **4-hour minimum per on-call period**

    Duties:

    1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems

    2. Respond promptly to on-call alerts

    3. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

    Position Requirements:

    1. Experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical systems

    2. Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule

    3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    4. 5 years of experience in manufacturing.

    5. Read and understand detailed instrument and electrical drawings, with experience with DCS/PLC systems.

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: Associates Degree.
