    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $85/hr – Port Hueneme, CA – Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral deficits. This role acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Port Hueneme, CA

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026

    + End Date: Through end of school year (approx. 20 weeks)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 40 hrs/week

    + Duration: 20 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $85/hr (Local) | $3,859/week (Travel)

    + Openings: 2

    + Shift Times: AM

    + Sites: May work at 1 site or 2 sites during the week

    + Grade Levels: Elementary and Pre-K

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide consultation and training to school staff

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations

    + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

    + Educate, observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery

    Requirements:

    + Current BCBA certification from BACB

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field

    + Preferred: experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools

    + Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
