    About the Role

     

    Looking for enthusiastic andcompassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! DSPsplay a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectualdisabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives and engage in theircommunities.

    OpenPositions

    + 4 openings – 30 hrs/week

    + Mon–Fri: 3 PM–9 PM (2 positions)

    + Sat/Sun: 3 PM–9 PM (2 positions)

    + 8 openings – 24 hrs/week

    + Sat/Sun: 9 AM–9 PM (8 positions)

    + Sat/Sun: 3 PM–9 PM (2 positions)

    + 2 openings – 16 hrs/week

    + Sat/Sun: 7 AM–3 PM (1 position)

    + Sat/Sun: 3 PM–11 PM (1 position)

    Responsibilities

    + Support individuals in daily living activities, including:

    + Cooking healthy meals

    + Accessing medical care

    + Employment and social activities

    + Promote community engagement and independence

    + Assist with medication administration (training provided)

    Requirements

    + Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar role

    + Preferred: Group home experience and medication administration

    + Skills:

    + Ability to complete DDA & MANDT training (provided on-site)

    + Comfortable using EMR (training provided)
