Special Education Teacher – $48/hr – Goodyear, AZ – Full-Time (In-Person)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to provide quality services to students in grades K–8. This role includes planning and implementing individualized programs, providing special instruction, and collaborating with general education staff. Candidates must be comfortable working across grade levels and supporting self-contained settings if needed.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Goodyear, AZ

+ Start Date: January 2026

+ End Date: May 2026

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 hrs/week

+ Modality: In-person

+ Pay Rate: $48/hr | W2 position with full benefits

+ Caseload: 30–35 students (resource setting)

Responsibilities:

+ Provide individualized instruction and tutorial assistance

+ Collaborate with general education staff

+ Maintain compliance with all professional standards

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

+ Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement

+ Current CPR certification

+ Health clearance and TB screening

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
