Position Overview
The Events and Activation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting high-impact marketing events and brand activations that bring Revelyst Golf Technology’s products and stories to life. This role blends event logistics with experiential and field marketing, focusing on creating engaging, hands-on experiences that drive awareness, product trial, and customer engagement across consumer, trade, and industry audiences.
This role is ideal for a highly organized marketer who enjoys working cross-functionally, thrives in dynamic environments, and is energized by live events and on-the-ground brand experiences.
_As an Events & Activation Specialist you have the opportunity to:_
Events Planning & Execution
+ Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, tournaments, demos, consumer events, and internal activations
+ Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships (venues, contractors, freight, catering, etc.)
+ Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, breakdown, staffing coordination, and issue resolution
+ Maintain an organized events calendar and inventory of event assets, displays, and equipment
Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing
+ Support the development and execution of engaging brand activations that drive hands-on product interaction and customer engagement
+ Execute consumer-facing experiences such as demos, fittings, trials, and experiential pop-ups
+ Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail, and product teams to activate key campaigns and product launches in market
+ Ensure all activations deliver a premium, on-brand experience aligned with Revelyst Golf Technology’s brand standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Promotion
+ Partner with internal teams to align events and activations with broader marketing and go-to-market strategies
+ Coordinate event and activation assets, including signage, collateral, giveaways, demo equipment, and branded materials
+ Support event promotion and communication efforts in collaboration with digital and communications teams
Measurement & Reporting
+ Track and report on event and activation performance, including attendance, engagement, lead capture, and ROI
+ Gather insights and feedback from events and activations to inform future planning and improvements
_You Have:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with consumers and partners in person
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendors
+ Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as required by events
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus
+ Passion for golf, sports, or performance-driven technology is highly preferred
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
