    POSITION:Account Clerical I, Middle School Main Office (Internal/External Posting)

    DESCRIPTION:

    + Performs building-specific clerical tasks as expected in a middle school office setting

    + Maintains records of all faculty and staff attendance, including assigning substitutes for any absences

    + Assists with discipline-related paperwork and mailings

    + Serves as the primary point of contact for parents and staff, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately

    + Handles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

    + Maintains a professional and positive demeanor at all times and exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information

    + Other tasks as assigned by building administration

     

    COMPENSATION:$20.14/hr. with health and dental benefits
