    EIGHT (8.0) HOURS PER DAY

     

    (10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday - Friday)

    TWELVE MONTHS A YEAR

    MINIMUM HOURLY RATE: $20 per hour

    START DATE: ASAP

    Qualifications:

    + Must have a valid Class D New York State driver's license

    + Civil Service qualified as a Custodian

    + One of the following:

    a. Graduation from high school or vocational school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one year of experience in commercial cleaning practice or general building maintenance including experience in any one of the following trades: Carpentry, Electrical, H.V. and A.C. Systems, Plumbing;

    OR

    b. Fives years of experience in commercial cleaning practices or general building maintenance, including experience in any one of the following trades: Carpentry, Electrical, H.V. and A.C. Systems, Plumbing;

    OR

    c. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (a) and (b).

     

    General Duties: Efficient operation and maintenance of facility as per job description.
