    Corrugating Operator (Dry End) Technician Job Requirements: Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Mathematical Skills: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, average and use a calculator. Must be able to add and subtract fractions. Must be able to read a tape ruler measuring in 16th of an inch. Job Description: General: The Corrugator Operator (Dry End) Technician is responsible for inspecting, marking, and transfer of corrugated sheets to the sheet line or converting areas. The corrugator dry end operator must perform quality checks and analyze the necessary movement of the material. The Corrugator Operator (Dry End) Technician must ensure material flow is constant and efficient. The corrugator dry end operator is expected to perform basic math skills. Use of a calculator and tape measure is vital. The Corrugator Operator (Dry End) Technician is responsible for the operation of the corrugating dry end equipment. The technician must be familiar with operation of the rotary shear knife, anti-skid applicator, slitter/scorer, and cutoff knife. The Corrugator Dry End Technician also assists the Corrugator Wet End Technicians, as necessary. This requires the technician to be knowledgeable in the operation of the wet end components. The Corrugator Dry End Technician communicates directly with Corrugating Support Technician and Corrugator Wet End Technicians. Comments: Should clearly demonstrate team leadership skills
