    Job Title: Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Tech V

    Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within a corrugated box manufacturing facility. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of machinery, production lines, and plant infrastructure by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and related components for production machinery and plant equipment.

    * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in machinery such as corrugators, printers, die cutters, and conveyor systems.

    * Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

    * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

    * Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

    * Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.

    * Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

    * Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

    Qualifications:

    * Technical certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology.

    * Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation.

    * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

    * Familiarity with safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.

    * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    * Ability to stand, walk, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.

    * Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

    * Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Work Schedule:

    * Full-time; may require overtime, weekends, and on-call availability.
