Title: Production Associate

Shift: Available to work 2nd and 3rd shift

Pay: $21.59/hr + shift differential

Join our Lancaster Corrugated Packaging facility as a Production Associate. We offer a collaborative, team-based environment and seek individuals eager to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery.

Responsibilities

* Operate and set up production machines

* Perform quality checks and maintain a clean workspace

* Comply with all safety rules and work safely

* Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs

* Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts

* Work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends

* Read tape measures; apply basic math and computer skills

Requirements

* High school diploma

* Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Preferred

* Experience in fast-paced manufacturing

* Corrugated packaging experience

* Desire for career advancement

Physical Demands

Regular standing, walking, and manual handling; frequent reaching and kneeling; occasional sitting. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception
