    Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- COMPLIANCE - ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN to join our ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN team!

     

    The Director - Compliance - Aspirus Health Plan position is responsible for overseeing Health Plan Regulatory Compliance, including leading and developing the company's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulatory and compliance requirements. The position is also responsible for overseeing HIPPA compliance and corporate information security, in accordance with Company policy, and managing compliance personnel.

    Experience/Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business or related field

    + Experience with health insurance

    + Experience in the health care field

    + Compliance related experience

    + Possesses a valid driver’s license required to travel as needed between Madison and Wausau.

    + In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, information privacy laws, access, release of information and control technologies
