ASPIRUS LAKE VIEW HOSPITAL in Two Harbors, MN is seeking a HOUSEKEEPER to join our HOUSEKEEPING team!

Salary Range: $ 16.60 - $23.42 Hourly

Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

FTE: PART TIME, 0.600000 FTE

JOB SUMMARY

The Housekeeper performs assigned cleaning duties efficiently and maintains a safe working environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ Experience: One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training.

+ Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of basic cleaning methods; ability to work with others. Knowledge of applicable safety precautions and safe work methods; skill in working constructively with other persons; skill in organizing work responsibilities efficiently. Ability to use simple measuring device, i.e., cup and pump; to understand and interpret oral and written material and instructions; to keep basic records and to fill out reports; to maintain favorable courteous relations with fellow employees and the public; to maintain a neat and clean personal appearance; to read, write and use simple arithmetic; and work various shifts, holidays and weekends.

+ READING - Basic: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

+ WRITING - Basic: Ability to write simple correspondence.

+ SPEAKING - Basic: Ability to speak simple sentences.

+ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Basic Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
