Job Description
**Join a leader in advanced switching solutions!** Teledyne Relays is seeking an Assembler II to support our Solid-State group. In this role, you’ll perform semi-skilled assembly operations, applying precision techniques to produce high-quality components for our Solid-State and Power Products lines.
What you’ll do
+ Apply thick-film printing techniques using screen printing equipment and conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes to produce ceramic substrates.
+ Operate high-temperature belt furnaces to fire pastes onto ceramic substrates.
+ Perform assembly operations under a microscope using soldering equipment and hand tools.
+ Use measurement equipment to ensure product requirements meet specifications.
+ Complete additional assembly tasks such as solder and epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs.
+ Follow process layouts and procedures to determine assembly methods and sequences.
+ Identify and select components for integration into subassemblies and assemblies.
+ Perform rework and other duties as assigned; provide feedback and maintain accuracy.
+ Use a computer to access job-related information, drawings, and specifications.
+ Apply company policies and safety standards while striving to build knowledge and skills.
What you need
+ High school diploma or GED (required).
+ 1–2 years of related assembly experience or training (preferred).
+ Certified hand soldering skills (preferred).
+ Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity for small parts assembly.
+ Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, and test equipment.
+ Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation.
+ Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required).
Physical requirements
+ Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
+ Frequent sitting and continuous use of hands for handling small parts.
+ Ability to distinguish colors and maintain close vision for detailed work.

Salary Range:
$37,200.00-$49,600.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
