    • Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

    • Schedule: Open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Quality Inspector** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, performing railcar inspections, and supporting the safety and quality assurance processes across our operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect damaged vehicles located in the service bay and accurately document findings.

    + Enter vehicle damage reports into computer systems.

    + Conduct on-rail inspections of vehicles and related equipment.

    + Measure and assess railcar junctions for compliance and safety.

    + Maintain and update the railcar junction database regularly.

    + Perform safety audits on unloading personnel to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.

    + Assist in developing and implementing quality management procedures.

    Qualifications

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Computer literacy, including basic data entry and report generation.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + High attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and documentation.

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

    + Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

    + Experience in a quality assurance or inspection-related role is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in automotive or rail industries a plus.

    + Familiarity with safety audit practices and regulatory standards.

    + Ability to adapt to evolving procedures and contribute to process improvements.
