Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a large federal company in the Aurora, CO area to find a System Maintainer II to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the overall implementation of system maintenance which includes updating, enhancing, and creating while also maintaining accurate, concise and complete maintenance and operation documents. They will be responsible for the ticket escalation process to resolve system problems and prevent them in the future. They will be working closely with a team of system maintainers in order to ensure the continuous operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph required

• 10+ years of prior relevant experience (refer to LCAT below for level II)

• Linux Command Line experience

• Current DoD 8570 Certification applicable (SEC+)

• Knowledge of Tier 2 system maintenance AND troubleshooting • Bachelor's degree

• Service now experience

• Proficiency with any of the following

o Linux, Red hat, Unix and/or Windows based OS application management

• Script development and implementation
