Job Description

• Lead technical projects end to end, helping to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team cross-functionally and to

PMO and project leadership.

• Work within the TPgM team and across Product, Design, and Engineering team members to identify

product and technology gaps, risks and dependencies across the product execution workstreams.

• Facilitate, manage and cascade informed technical and product decisions and associated risks within

and across delivery teams in a timely, coordinated manner.

• Support prioritization and scoping/descoping across functions as needed to maintain business and

technical priorities in conjunction with timeline and product market fit criteria.

• Support cross-functional collaboration and meeting forums and cadences to aid communication while

maximizing team working efficiency and time.

• Create visibility and escalate risks/issues/decisions to team leads and PMO leadership

• Lead a team of engineers, QA, product managers tasked with building features and functionality for the

overall product.

• Collaborate with team leads (engineering, product, design) to align on scope, approach, technical design, UX

design and other deliverables required to deliver features and functionality.

• Identify risks and issues impacting the team's delivery and drive assessment of impact and mitigation with

team leads. Present these to PMO and project leadership.

• Write, maintain and present project status updates and key metrics to PMO leadership and other

stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Foster communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

• Implement ways of working and drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and

customer-centricity within the team

• Managing and collaborating with offshore team members as necessary.

• Proven expertise in managing multiple software programs simultaneously, using Agile methodologies, and

employing project management tools (Jira, Figma, Confluence & Asana) and techniques.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product/program management experience.

• BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Expertise driving and delivering complex AI/ ML technology programs or products from inception to delivery.

Including technical program/project management for consumer software products with AI, Data, and Cloud

Infrastructure backgrounds. Health, lifestyle, and wellness experience is a plus.

• Background in hands-on software development with a strong understanding of AI technologies for

consumer software products, machine learning concepts, and data management practices. Experience with

cloud computing, and data engineering is highly desirable.

• A deep passion for technology and large scale systems. Experience navigating technical complexity and

driving impact through technical understanding

• Strong program leadership and communication skills, able to navigate cross-functional teams through

complex multi-phased technology delivery and systemic adoption of 0 to 1 through scaled product

lifecycles.

• Proven expertise in managing significant technology programs, using Agile methodologies, and employing

project management tools and techniques.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management tools including but not limited to Jira, Figma, Confluence and

Asana etc.

• Self-starting, ambitious, focused, and self-sufficient.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms and services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail.

• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change remains flexible and calm

when facing uncertainty.
