    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Microsoft Office 365 Trainer to join a non-profit organization in midtown Manhattan. This individual will provide troubleshooting support and train internal staff members on M365 best practices. This individual will work with users 1 on 1, providing white glove service. This individual will write documentation and create training material to expedite future processes. Upcoming projects include a laptop refresh and upgrading equipment from Windows 10 to 11. This individual should be able to troubleshoot mac equipment as well. This opportunity is hybrid onsite, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and will operate on 35 hour work weeks.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3-5+ years experience troubleshooting and implementing Microsoft Office365 products within an environment

     

    - Experience upgrading Microsoft Office products

     

    - Equipment refresh experience

     

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills for white glove customer support and creating documentation for processes - Comfort level in mac OS troubleshooting
