    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior CCM Architect to join our team during a critical migration project. This is an exciting opportunity as we transition from OpenText xPression to OpenText Communications (Exstream). The selected contractor will play a key role in migrating over 1,200 templates to Exstream, analyzing current processes, and recommending improvements. This individual will also mentor and train our team, ensuring a smooth migration and long-term support for CCM processes. Our team works closely with business owners and application development teams to deliver accurate, government-mandated correspondence.

    Responsibilities include:

    Lead migration of correspondence templates from xPression to Exstream

     

    Analyze existing xPression processes and identify optimization opportunities

     

    Mentor and train technical and business teams on Exstream

     

    Collaborate with business owners and application developers to support correspondence needs

     

    Ensure accuracy and compliance with government-mandated correspondence standards

    Skills and Requirements

     

    8+ years leading correspondence generation projects

     

    5+ years experience with OpenText Communications (Exstream)

     

    Strong experience working with both business and technical teams

     

    Excellent communication and documentation skills

     

    Proven ability to train technical staff and business users

     

    High attention to detail (government-mandated correspondence requires 100% accuracy) Software development experience

     

    Experience with OpenText xPression

     

    Prior experience migrating templates from xPression to Exstream
