    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to assist a large semiconductor company with manufacturing surge support.

     

    We are currently looking for a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist that has experience working in a surge recruiting capacity. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment sourcing for operators, technicians, etc. Any prior experience using Workday as an administrator is helpful, as well as any experience in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry. The roles you will be sourcing for have a hiring class every 3 weeks so there are metrics involved for number of hires per week you are expected to meet.     Compensation: $25-30/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Ability to commute onsite to Beaverton, OR daily

     

    - Experience working as a Recruiter and/or Sourcing Specialist

     

    - Equipment/Manufacturing industry experience preferred

     

    - Experience with Workday or similar ATS

     

    - Experience and/or comfortability with a metrics environment
