Job Description
One of Insight Global's largest real estate customers is seeking a desktop support technician to support their largest brokerage. Ideal candidate has extensive white-glove customer service experience that can handle extremely high pressure situations. This role is fully onsite at the brokerage headquarters in New York City and will require support from 9am-5:30pm on all weekdays.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years desktop support experience
Diverse experience with all ticket levels (1-3)
Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Avanti, etc.)
Extreme care for white glove service
Previous experience supporting VIP or C-Suite level executives
