ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

• Following call center “script” when handling calls

• Document and update consumer call records in database

• Consumer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Data entry skills

Skills and Requirements

- 1 year of customer service experience

- data entry experience

- Fluent in Spanish
