    Job Description

    We are looking for a Project Manager to work for a leader in construction management. In this work you will be responsible for leading and being right hand person to support the leaders vision. You will be presenting on vision and future state on how this division will operate and execute.

    In this role you will be responsible for the following:

    1. Managing the Weekly TIP Updates

    2. Developing Standard work for our entire team

    3. Taking notes in our WOR to develop our Action Plans

    4. Attending Lean Functions and Managing our Lean Progress Reporting

    5. Leading Training Sessions for Wast Elimination and Problem Solving for all of CM

    6. Assist with preparing Dublin Wall (Putting up Print Outs) This is once a week and a bit of a mundane task.

     

    Be in leadership meetings, provide updates on strategy, identifying key priorities and monitoring progress on critical initiatives. You will also be preparing meeting materials, filtering information and providing communication updates between departments.

     

    You will also be overseeing large cross functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. This scope includes analyzing data, presenting options, facilitating updates related to the data and governances programs.

     

    Lastly you will track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement within the organization. we need this support to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Experience with strategic planning and execution

     

    - Background in Program and Project Management

     

    - Experience running meetings with executive and providing updates on deliverables

     

    - Building dashboards and reports in PBI and PowerPoint to provide updates on analyzation of data

     

    - Excellent oral and written communication - Prior experience supporting this company

     

    - Experience with Azure Dev Ops

     

    - Background within utilities or construction
