    Job Description

    We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Collaboration AI Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. With over 2,500 licensed users and plans to scale to 4,000, this role is critical to driving adoption, governance, and innovation across our company. You will serve as the primary owner of Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI tools—ensuring they are deployed effectively, governed responsibly, and aligned with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    -Act as the product owner for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI collaboration tools.

     

    -Lead governance efforts, including evaluating monthly feature releases, determining enablement or disablement strategies, and communicating changes to the business.

     

    -Partner with business units to identify use cases, gather requirements, and guide the creation of Copilot Studio agents or escalation to Azure AI when appropriate.

     

    -Provide strategic guidance on when to use SharePoint Copilot versus Copilot Studio or Azure AI, ensuring the right tool is used for the right scenario.

     

    -Monitor usage metrics to track adoption, identify underutilized licenses, and implement license reclamation strategies.

     

    -Enable and support business users in agent creation, offering best practices and hands-on support for Copilot Studio development.

     

    -Stay current on Microsoft’s AI roadmap and proactively assess opportunities to enhance digital workplace productivity.

     

    -Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

     

    -Strong background in agent development, including orchestration, plugin integration, and prompt design.

     

    -Familiarity with Power Platform and Dataverse to support end-to-end AI solution development.

     

    -Experience with AI governance, feature lifecycle management, and enterprise rollout strategies.

     

    -Ability to interpret and act on usage analytics and drive data-informed decisions.

     

    -Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

     

    -Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. -Experience with Sales Copilot (optional but beneficial).

     

    -Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.

     

    -Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure.
