    Job Description

    *HYBRID 2 DAYS ONSITE*

     

    Insight Global is seeking a driven, detail-oriented tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex challenges. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of critical tax responsibilities. This person should have a strong foundation in ASC 740 and tax provision work, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities include:

    - Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provision workpapers and disclosures (ASC 740).

     

    - Manage compliance for U.S. federal, state, and international tax returns.

     

    -Lead assigned ASC 740 areas such as AETR, deferreds, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowances.

     

    - Utilize ONESOURCE and Alteryx to improve processes and drive automation.

     

    - Take on research and special projects when applicable

     

    - Support SOX compliance and respond to audit requests.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

     

    - 4 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience with ASC 740

     

    - Advanced proficiency in Excel, ONESOURCE, and Alteryx - CPA or Master’s in Accounting

     

    Strong communication and collaboration skills

     

    - Proven ability to manage complex tax provision and compliance tasks

     

    - Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Legal

     

    - Ability to lead process improvements and drive automation
