Job Description

An employer is seeking a remote Solution Architect/Technical Lead for a new software engineering team. This role involves close collaboration with the internal Solution Architect to conceptualize solutions and then lead the development team through implementation. The ideal candidate will provide strategic

guidance, ensure architectural integrity, and serve as a senior hands-on developer, driving high-quality delivery throughout the project.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Lead

7+ years of hands on technical background

Insight Global rehire

Experience participating in agile team ceremonies (refinement, standups, retros, etc.).

Experience leveraging AI assisted coding and diagnostic tools.
