    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workday CRM Developer to join our team and support critical configuration and integration projects. This role requires strong hands-on Workday development expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners. The hourly rate for this role is $60-$90 per hour based on experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain Workday CRM solutions, including configuration and integration tasks.

    • Support Workday CM and Intune planning initiatives.

    • Work closely with internal teams and our implementation partner (Guidehouse) to ensure successful delivery of Workday projects.

    • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues across Workday module

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Workday Developer experience.

    • Proven experience working with Forecasting and Budgeting and HCM modules.

    • Strong understanding of Workday configuration, integrations, and best practices.

    • Ability to work on-site; candidates requiring H1B or OPT sponsorship cannot be considered.

    •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
