    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Specialist to manage and support our Epicor Kinetic ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of the ERP software, ensuring it meets the needs of various departments within the organization. The ERP Specialist will work closely with department heads and IT professionals to streamline processes, optimize the use of ERP tools, and improve overall business efficiency.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems within manufacturing or distribution.

    • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. • Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.

    • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and report generation.

    • Focused education in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, and/or Engineering.
