    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join the team with one of our financial clients. This person should have experience in Agile methodologies, including: leading team meetings for planning, participating in execution and reviews, organize and source information from Jira for reporting, and track dependences across teams. You will:

     

    -Liaise across Tech Leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG Status, Business Objective, Deliverables, Progress To Date, Risks/Issues, Milestones Tracking, Dependences and Planned vs. Actual Funding

     

    -Work with Tech Leads and PMs of initiatives on the Yearly Strategic Planning throughout its process

     

    -Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams

     

    -Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -10+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master

     

    -Experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up and horizontal layers

     

    -Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies

     

    -Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite

     

    -Ability to work independently -Tech related education

     

    -Business knowledge in Trading & Risk activities

     

    -PMP certification
