Job Description
We are seeking a Database Architect and Database Analyst for full-time, direct-hire roles supporting a large healthcare organization. These professionals will play a key role in creating a brand-new database using Databricks and Fabric, enabling the organization’s research arm to access data for future studies. You will join the project at its inception, collaborating with a third-party partner to stand up the data warehouse, and then assume ongoing support responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building new data warehouses, is highly skilled in Databricks and Fabric, and understands the processes of de-identifying and re-identifying data within a healthcare environment. These are full-time, direct-hire opportunities offering a competitive salary range of $120K–$140K annually (possible flexibility for the right candidate) and the option to work fully remote.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience with Databricks
Proven ability to build a data warehouse from the ground up
Experience designing and implementing star schema from scratch
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric Databricks certifications
Background in healthcare
Experience integrating HIS/HER systems (Epic/Cerner) into Databricks
