    Job Description

    The IT Business Analyst drives the company's digital transformation by designing and implementing efficient, user-friendly processes for telecommunications products. The primary focus is on collaborating with business teams to understand and simplify existing systems, especially through Salesforce Communications Cloud, and integrating these with new billing, inventory, HR, and provisioning platforms.

     

    Remote, but must be in the following states for eligibility for FTE conversion: California Colorado Florida Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Michigan Missouri Montana Nebraska New York Ohio Texas Virginia Vermont Washington

     

    $40-$45/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Strong understanding of telecommunications processes, order management, provisioning, and product.

     

    Salesforce Communications Cloud highly desired

     

    Experience in analyzing, documenting, and redesigning business processes for digital transformation.

     

    Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, Field, and leadership teams.
